Free Warranty
All computers are backed with a free 1 year warranty on parts. However, standard rules apply and the warranty that we provide will be void if you void the warranty on any of the parts in your system, meaning that we will no longer support you if a part of the system breaks and needs replacing.
Individual Parts Warranty
Each part has its own manufacturers warranty. Items like the CPU, RAM, motherboard and PSU have warrantys from 2 years to lifetime, and we will stand by these warranties, getting in touch and sorting out broken parts for however long you have the PC*. If you are still in our 1 year warranty then we will diagnose problems for free, although after that period, diagnostics and repairs will be charged.
*Charges may apply after a time period of 5 years, if parts are still in warranty we will get you a working part, but fitting of these parts must be done by you, the owner, or for an extra charge we will fit the parts
